The PALISADE specification is undergoing final stabilization.

Some auxiliary artifacts (e.g., deterministic test vectors) are in progress.

No protocol freeze has been declared.

Roadmap to Protocol Freeze

PALISADE v1.1 will enter protocol freeze after:

• Publication of deterministic end-to-end test vectors
• Verification of the reference implementation against those vectors
• Completion of a focused external security review pass

Until freeze, the specification may receive clarifications or minor adjustments that do not weaken security guarantees.
